So, why am I writing this? Its because I’ve been depressed, and just like you, looking for a treatment that actually works. So I decided to write about the product I used to treat my depression. Note that this is a review though, so if you are looking for the product’s name website Click here

Before you start reading the review, you must know that there is no easy way to overcome depression. You must have the will and be motivated to succeed in order for this method to work, it does require time and effort. If you dont have that, then you may as well leave now. But dont you think your life is worth it?

If you are suffering from depression then this method might be the solution you are looking for. The author of the Depression Free Method is named Dan Michaels and he is a former mental health professional and also a former sufferer of depression. He dedicated 10 years of his life to develop this method to help others that was in the same situation as himself.

His book is formed as a Step-by-Step program and teaches different mental exercises through process training. The book helps you going to the root of the problem instead of hiding the depression with different medications. He teaches you about the depression cycle. The cycle of depression explains all the symptoms and all the signs so you can overcome depression. To overcome it you need to break your cycle at as many places as possible. Dan will teach you all about it in his book and it really help me.

This is no miracle method, since that does not exist for depression. To overcome your depression you need to spend time and effort to make it, and if you do, I believe you will be surprised how well it works.

I dont really like reading so I was skeptical about buying the book at first, but luckely for me the Depression Free Method comes with an instant downloadable audiobook.

Final thoughts

The book pleasantly suprised me with it alternative method and it worked for me. But the tricky thing about natural methods is that it works different for everyone. But if you do put time and effort into it, I can almost guarantee that it will work. And hey, you got nothing to lose beacause of Dan’s guarantee that it will work, so why not give it a try?

How to overcome depression naturally

Before you start reading this post, you must know there is no easy way on How to overcome depression and finding happiness. You need to be determined and put some mind and effort into it! If you dont have the motivation or the determination of getting rid of your depression, you can stop reading here.

Eating healthy food at the same determined times everyday.

There is four golden rules for a person who’s having a depressed mood. These areas will alone or together influence how you feel.

1,Low blood sugar levels

The symptoms of blood sugar levels are:

*Paleness *Shivers *Sweating *Hunger *Irritation *Difficult to concentrate *Reduced “presence” feeling

Too low blood suger levels imply that there is to little energy for the body, mainly the brain to function proberly. If you have low blood suger and have not listend to the bodys signals, the body will start to take that energy else where. It will choice glucose, that is fuel for the body aswell, but when glucose is broken down by the body it releases the stress hormone cortisol.

Conclusion: Low blood suger means therefore a stress situation for the body.

2, Signal substance in the brain

*Serotine: Low levels and you will feel tired or feeling depressed *Dopamine, adrenaline or noradrenalin: They influence our motivation and our ability to take initiative

3, Vitamins and minerals

Most of the vitamines and minerals are crucial for the body and brain to function properly.

4, Important fats

The body needs fat to function. The unsaturated fat is especially good for treating depression. Eating avocado, nuts and fish will give you unsaturated fats.

 Everyday workout

Training everyday is just not good for a better body and decreased risk for disease, it also reduce the chances of getting depressed. Since workout releases the signal substance endorfine (the signal substance of feeling good) it’s clearly good for reducing risk of depression and resist depression.

 Mental traning

1, Confrontation with things you avoid and understanding your problems 2, Start taking about your depression with your friends and family. Even if it feels hard at the time, the feeling of burdensome will be removed or reduced. Not talking about the problem will only make the depression deeper. 3, If you have long term depression it’s really important to start thinking positive, you can do it!

More ways to overcome depression without using prescription medicine

1, Try eating St John’s wort. St John’s wort is a natural ingredient that you can buy at your local pharmacy. There are studies that show that this wort can improve your depression symptoms by increasing the serotine levels in the brain. 2, Try sunlight therapy. Sunlight therapy is a really effective method for seasonal depression. Its enough with 30 min of sunlight exposure everyday and you will immediately notice a different. If you dont have access to normal sunlight, then you can buy a sunlight lamp. 3, Try performing meditation for atleast 30 minutes a day and start doing regular workout. After exercise you release a lot of endorfins which will help you to keep the mood up!
